The service that is provided is self-directed (decided by the individual) support to individuals who face enduring mental health issues, enabling them to maintain their accommodation and manage their health and wellbeing. The organisation also has excellent links with the local NHS mental health services and endeavour to continue working closely with them to ensure the recovery of the individual under our care.

We’re registered as a domiciliary care provider, meaning we can provide personal care in people’s own homes. We take the standard of care and support we offer very seriously, which is why all our supported living accommodation is run to meet the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who regulate care provision in England.

Platinum Health Resources Ltd provides a service for individuals stepping down from health institutions into the community in a safe and comfortable environment. We provide a bespoke and complete service for those with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, including dual diagnosis (illicit substances and mild learning disability) as well as those who have been through forensic psychiatric services, having reached a point where they could be discharged from impatient services. This would be an appropriate time to be in residential care service to assist them to reintegrate fully into the community.
